Then read this prayer out loud:
"Dear Lord God and Father, I want to come to You with my life today.
I want to ask forgiveness for my sins. All the sins I have committed in my life without You.
I recognize that I need the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness of that guilt toward You.
Lord Jesus, I want to accept You as my personal Saviour and Redeemer.
Thank you that you also died on the cross for my sins. I want to open my heart for You.
Come and live in my heart through your Holy Spirit and renew me from within.
Teach me to follow and obey You. Teach me to read and understand Your word.
Thank you for allowing me to know from your word that I have received power to become a child of God.
From now on I will put my life in Your hand. Amen.
